Serving as a Customer Services Coordinator in the National Automobile Club’s 24-hour emergency road service Call Center in Foster City, you will connect motorists in need with emergency roadside assistance and maintenance. To ensure full customer service, you will follow up with members or clients to verify service completion. Job requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service aptitude, English speaking or bilingual. Previous Customer Service experience is a plus. Must type at least 40 wpm and have the ability to navigate smoothly on a Personal Computer. Excellent verbal communication skills are required. Some aptitude with US geography is needed. Shift and Weekends will be required. Competitive salary and excellent benefit package.
