The National Automobile Club is looking for an individual with strong customer service skills to handle service calls for their commercial/fleet accounts. The Fleet Services Coordinator must be able to respond to and dispatch time sensitive telephone calls within a call center environment in an efficient and effective manner. The ability to be detail oriented, as well as sensitive to the importance of timely follow-up is a must. The Fleet Services Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service within the client base with the resolution of problems/.issues that may arise in the course of business. The ideal candidate would have some previous experience within the commercial/fleet industry.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years customer service experience
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to handle pressure in a professional manner
• Call center experience
• Excellent telephone skills
• Computer literate
• Detail oriented
• Automotive industry experience a plus
